They can really constipate you!!! |

Well It worked!! AAAANd I started taking my iron pills and I already feel so much better today!!! Can't believe the difference!! AH yes. They will make a big difference. I was anemic for years. Until I started going through pre- menopause. Make sure you take good ones or you will be having problems else where! They can really constipate you!!! Thats what Im afraid of! I had really bad problems with my last pregnancy in "that area" LOL Really bad! LIke crying everyday!!! It was horrible!! I have been anemic for years, so i really have to take them! They were trying to give me a blood transfusion with my daughter because of it! So hoping I can nip that in the butt now! |
