i noticed some of the latest announcements over at WKN about next hadn't been addressed here yet! i know some coding stuff and i tried to make these announcements look "pretty" 
have you participated in the ghost hunt, or seen a ghost yet in the mines? i haven't! i didn't actually realize this was going on til i sat down to make this post. now i do kind of want to go sit in the mines and see if i can get him to show up... i wasn't playing next the last time they had this event so i'd never done it before. sounds like people liked it!
player appreciation day? i wonder what they do for that in next! i also wonder what the next season will be... i suppose valentine's day themed? i've really enjoyed the idea of seasons, i think it's a great way to release new items and make it fun to earn them
i'm super excited for this! i wonder if it's an event or a long-term thing they're adding? if it's long-term, i hope prizes get updated every so often... i love the mining area and the way mining works in next, but it is a pretty big open space without much to do. it's easy to get your 3 mining chances in without moving through the area much, and there's currently no incentive for visiting the special areas (the pink mushroom area & etc). i hope this remedies that a little and makes the mines more worth it to explore!

Starting in January, the ghost will appear in the mines very briefly, only on very rare occasions. Keep a look out when you’re mining. You never know when he will appear. If you happen to spot the ghost, click on it to win a prize!
