Atom, if you check the front page/the eStore section MommaBearLas and fallenangels are good about keeping us updated with the eStore. The eStore will often do points sales, especially on Holidays. Get 25% off your points purchase... buy 30 get so many free... ect. If you wait for one of those promotions you can get more for your money. If you are patient or holding out for a specific pet, you might find one on sale. The newer ones are usually only on sale when they first are debuted for 10,000 points. The older ones are the ones they usually discount, but sometimes they will discount newer ones too it just depends on the promotion.  Enjoy spending your points. |

Thanks so much Blythe. You answered my question, I saw the Rainforest frog for I think 10,000 points if he was 25% off he would be what 7,500 but I am deluxe so I may get him for 6,500. If I saw the Camel I want I might be able to get both. MommaBearLas, I hope that Blythe's deal happenings in the past happens soon, for the same or a greater discount. And I may be able to get a mystery bag too if cheap enough. Oh I can't wait. |

Atom there have been a few times where you receive a % off of your purchase- each time it was during a power sale, and always on purchases that spent 20,000 points or more, other than that you have to look for individual sales

I think a lot of their deals are usually percentage off your points purchase or incentives for buying points. For example, buying x number of points and getting some free. I hope a nice sale comes and shocks everyone. Sometimes that's the hard part, Atom! I am in the same boat, I do not have the funds to buy all the promotional items/pets I want (although that would be awesome! LOL). So I try and save my points/money for the good sales to get the most out of it. If you take advantage of a points promotion, to get more than 20,000 for your $20 (for example) then you will have more to work with. You may also have to wait to get a good deal on your wanted pet, but if it means saving you money and maybe getting two pets or more items then its worth it. At least that's how I see it. You can spend your money however you want. Make sure to watch the front page for those deals. I'm imagining there will be one Tomorrow or Thursday, there are usually some new years sales. |
