bayou's lilypad lounge ☆~*
I looooove the lilypad theme! it was one of the first room themes I decorated with when I made my account, and most of the items here are my original items. I deconstructed the room down a while ago and was waiting to put it back together once I (finally, finally) adopted my sweet manatee, bayou moo! I am obsessed with him. he already has two rooms just for him, including this one! bayou moo's lilypad lounge. hope you like it as much as we do! (p.s. I found my fourth butterfly chair, lol!)

after I decorated bayou's lilypad lounge (above) I became really inspired to decorate rooms using (primarily) items from a single room theme. I started with the sky blue theme because I love how it has a lot of items but is still very simple. it's really gorgeous and makes me feel so comfortable! nobody lives here yet, so this apartment is on the market!

i do love frogs <3 hearing frog songs on spring and summer nights is so sweet! I think I also like the lilypad theme because it reminds me of the Louisiana bayous. one of my favorite places i've ever visited. the peacefulness is unmatched. swampy, marshy rivers rich in waterside flora. soft grasses tangle your feet as you wade through warm water. we would get small rafts and float lazily along, the only sounds you hear are bugs and other critters. I need to go camp there again, talking about it makes me feel so happy.

Thank you!! And thank you for sharing your super sweet memory, that really warms my heart!! I have a similar memory; When I was little, I would often spend weekends over at my friends' house because they lived just down the street and we were inseparable. Many saturday mornings we would visit Toys R' Us (rip) because their dad was super into Lego collecting so we would go look at new sets and sometimes he'd let us pick out a mini figure mystery pack. I still have a few I think. But on the way to Toys R' Us we would stop by the gas station and all get doughnuts and chocolate milk. I get very nostalgic when I have doughnuts and chocolate milk now. I love love love those memories and think about them all the time, it was such a fun period in my childhood! 

Funnily enough, I just got home from the gas station. I bought doughnuts and a coffee (considered the chocolate milk tho).

Siobhanin... this is so beautiful! I imagine sitting here, relaxing and enjoying the all the beautiful butterflies!

my lipgloss is poppin' *+☆
continuing my classic webkinz room theme designs, I decided to make a Funky Girl room for my Rainbow Googles, Lipgloss. I believe this is the most well-rounded theme of all the classic themes. it has everything: a complete set of kitchen appliances and dining, all three bathroom fixtures and a vanity, a wardrobe, dresser, AND toybox for storage, full living room set, bed, and two fun decorative music items. it is one of a kind, not only in design, but in it's completeness. I hope we get more full-fledged themes in the future because it is so cool.
