Hi!
Yesterday on Deluxe Day I went to the Daily Activities and pressed the button to receive the gift -- the White Marble Fountain. Today it is not in my dock. I looked in furniture and decorations, and it's just not there. Does anyone have a reliable email address for Ganz or whomever is best to contact? Thanks! ♥

I am so sorry Susiejax! I did not even check to see if I got mine. I lost all my links and files when I wiped my laptop. I am sure someone here will come up with an wmail

Susiejax, did you get the popup for the fountain when you clicked on the button? I know there has been a couple times when I clicked on the button but was NOT awarded the prize and didn't get the popup. And then it wouldn't let me click on the button again, the button disappeared. It did that to me with last month's garden hanging flowers and I was so upset. I emailed Ganz about it and got an email back saying that they do not award prizes due to their glitches, etc. I hope you have better luck if you email them! If you got the popup saying that you were awarded the item but were not, then hopefully they will give the fountain to you. Good luck!
