i don't remember my old account password and i never had a account on this wt or the old wt. can anyone help me on these things. how can i get info on my old account since i have not been on that account for a long while?

Hello @webkinzlover443 welcome to WebkinzTown!
For your old webkinz account do you still have a secret code of one of your webkinz? Because if you go to the front page of webkinz there is the customer service page at the very bottom, then click on the Webkinz section. Then there are frequently asked questions, click on the forgot/change password. From there you would need to provide information about the account, such as username, name, b-day, secret code, a name of a webkinz on that account, and an email address. Then it will give you an option to change your account to a desired password. I hope this helps!
