I've experienced weird dock issues too. Most recently, when completing the pumpkin pie collection challenge. Usually when I finish the challenge and win the car, it shows as a new item in my dock right away. But with one account yesterday, it did not, and I couldn't find it. I have not tried logging back in again since to see if I actually have it, hopefully I do.... UPDATE: I went back to my dock and there is no car there. Has anyone had success with Ganz in getting something like this corrected? I finished the collection yesterday and started a new round. Do they have any way to tell that I completed it once?  Just to be sure, did you check both furniture and decorations? Sometimes cars show in decorations for me which surprises me. Also, any chance it be in a room? So sorry this is happening to you! |
