I AM SO HAPPY I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING LATER TONIGHT Did you try it out yet? What do you think? One of the coolest things is the Advanced Editing! i have been playing all week!! It is a little weird at first but now I love it a lot probably my favorite thing so far is the challenges and just walking around kinztown |

If I picked up this, I'd quit the classic. Not interested in doing both. Though the idea of breeding "rare" animals sounds fascinating.

MommaBearLas So, to be clear...You start off with no diamonds and a free pet. In order to get a baby, you need to spend 230 diamonds, and you get approximately 5 diamonds per week. Which would mean it could take up to 46 weeks to breed a pet. Which yields, say, a 5% chance of getting a really cool baby. Am I incorrect on anything? And what would be the "cheap" package to purchase to get ahead of the process?

Once you buy a second pet for 150 diamonds (those have 3 sparks for breeding), you can go to the baby section and breed. I can not show you this right now because I only have on pet. You put your 2 pets of choice up and hit breed (for 80 Diamonds). The breeding will take one spark from each pet, so you can only breed the free one once. All others 3 times.
Here are the costs for diamonds in game.
Diamonds earned:
There are two challenges right now to earn diamonds. One is for 10 the other is for 30.
You get 5 diamonds for every 7 days logged in.
They will be adding more ways to earn diamonds later.
I am not a math person, so I can not tell you that part.
Here are some of the babies breed so far. If you click on them you can see what the parents were.
green is common, pink is uncommon, blue is rare and I think super rare is dark pink. There have been none of them yet. The more you move down the generations the more of them there will be.
Your baby will need 15 growth spurts to become a toddler. The toddler needs 15 growth spurts to become an adult. Once adult, you can breed them. Growth spurts come with requests that have a green arrow.

you will get this meter after filling.
once you have filled the meter you get this
then you will begin to answer requests for the toddler.
adult, toddler and baby. (the unicorns will be back later)
the baby requests are hard to see here, but you can get a glimpse. Yes this one is a dirty diaper!
